Job summary

ManpowerGroup, a global engineering and manufacturing company, delivers M&E cooling systems across APAC. We seek a capable Project Coordinator to support multiple manufacturing and engineering projects, coordinating schedules, milestones, and stakeholder communications while ensuring documentation and reporting.

The role requires 5+ years in M&E/HVAC sectors, strong coordination skills, and proficiency with MS Project, Excel, SharePoint or BIM360.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in M&E, HVAC, modular systems, industrial equipment manufacturing, or related industries.
• Exposure to data centre or mission-critical environments is advantageous.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and document control platforms such as SharePoint or BIM360.
• Project coordination, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural, and multi-project environment.

• Monitor project progress across engineering, procurement, production, and logistics functions
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, dashboards, and maintain project documentation
• Liaise with manufacturing teams on fabrication progress, quality inspections, FAT activities, and shipment readiness
• Support client communications on design clarifications, delivery schedules, and action tracking
• Assist in risk identification, issue resolution, logistics coordination, and site delivery support

The business supports mission-critical industries, including data centres, through the design and manufacture of integrated mechanical and electrical (M&E) cooling systems, with projects delivered across APAC.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager in the execution of multiple manufacturing and engineering projects across APAC
