Qualifications

• SPM, Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
• Prior work experience as a Document Controller or Site Administrator within construction, engineering, or project environments.
• Computer literacy: strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, PDF editing tools, and CAD viewers.

Responsibilities

• Document management and logging of all project correspondence, submittals, deliverables, transmittals, and documents.
• Maintain drawing registers and control revisions for architectural, C&S, and M&E systems.
