Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage master project registers for drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals and change orders. You will enforce strict version control and maintain both digital databases and physical archives.

You will oversee distribution to internal teams, contractors and clients while monitoring submittals and chasing approvers to prevent bottlenecks. 1 year experience preferred; Associate Degree/Diploma required.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong record-keeping and document management discipline.
• Experience with construction document control platforms desired (Procore, Aconex).
• MS Office proficiency is essential for daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Document Management: update and audit master project registers for drawings and specs.
• Version & Record Control: enforce versioning standards and organize archives.
• Distribution & Workflow: route documents to design/site teams, contractors and clients.
