Zusammenfassung

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage master project registers for drawings, specs, RFIs, submittals and change orders. You will enforce strict version control and maintain both digital databases and physical archives.

You will oversee distribution to internal teams, contractors and clients while monitoring submittals and chasing approvers to prevent bottlenecks. 1 year experience preferred; Associate Degree/Diploma required.

• Experience with construction document control platforms desired (Procore, Aconex).
• MS Office proficiency is essential for daily tasks.

• Able to commute to Banting / Kapar
• Experience: Does not has to be from a Document Controller background
• Industry Focus: Background in data center builds or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) projects is highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Office alongside hands-on experience with construction document control platforms (e.g., Procore, Aconex).
• Core Competencies: Exceptional organization, meticulous attention to detail, and robust record-keeping capabilities.
