Job summary

SCJ ENGINEERING (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a Document Controller to manage drawings, specifications, and production documents. You will maintain filing systems, record drawings, and control revisions in the company system to ensure traceability and audit readiness.

You will coordinate with engineering, production, and QA teams to ensure smooth document flow and ISO compliance, while supporting new orders and drawing changes across departments.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years as a Document Controller in manufacturing or engineering.

Responsibilities

• Manage, distribute, and track all engineering drawings, technical specifications, and production documents.
• Record new drawings and control drawing revisions on the company system.
• Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for traceability and ISO compliance.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and QA teams to ensure smooth document flow.
• Ensure responsible management of new orders and drawing changes and update relevant departments.
