Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Business Management graduate to join the PROTÉGÉ Trainee Programme as a Project Coordinator. The role offers hands-on experience in project coordination, administration, and business operations while supporting engineering and environmental projects.

You will work with the Project Manager and team to assist in planning, documentation, coordination, and daily project operations, developing practical skills in project management and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to learn in a fast-paced project environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to support project execution.
• Prepare project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and project status updates.
• Maintain project records and ensure all documents are properly organized.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on assigned tasks to meet deadlines.
• Assist in coordinating site visits, field activities, and project logistics.
• Support procurement activities by coordinating with suppliers and tracking deliveries.
• Ensure project documentation complies with company procedures and quality standards.
• Assist in preparing project schedules, progress reports, and presentation materials.
• Coordinate project meetings and follow up on action items.
• Support quotation, purchase order, and supplier documentation processes.
• Assist the Project Manager in daily project coordination and administrative matters.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.
