Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a project-focused professional to plan and execute project management activities for assigned engineering projects. Reporting to the superior/Project Manager, you will oversee progress, coordination, and timely completion of project phases in alignment with objectives.

The role involves assisting in day-to-day contract management, site quality and safety guidance, and communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Responsibilities

• To assist the Project Manager(s) in day-today management of the contract.
• To advise the PM(s) on site quality and safety issues.
• Responsible for managing projects and all phases of project implementation.
• Attending all project coordination meetings, monitoring and ensure that work is progressing and completed as planned
• Prepare cost estimation, budget, control report and other technical documentation.
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, customers & internal department to meet objectives & requirements
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions.
• Other duties as and when assigned.
