Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Program Executive to support planning, coordination, implementation, and monitoring of company programs and projects. The role ensures activities run on time and documentation is maintained accurately.

You will work with Engineering, Operations, Procurement and Finance to drive program execution, prepare quotations, track progress, and escalate delays when necessary. Fresh graduates may apply; 1–3 years of relevant experience is preferred; strong MS Office skills are

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, program management, or administrative support (fresh graduates with relevant exposure may also be considered).
• Basic understanding of project coordination and program management processes.
• Familiarity with documentation control and reporting procedures.
• Understanding of customer quotation preparation is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning, coordination, and execution of assigned programs and projects.
• Prepare weekly and monthly program progress reports for management review.
• Compile and track project progress updates from relevant departments.
• Maintain proper documentation and records of all program activities, project files, and communications.
• Prepare detailed quotations and proposals for customers based on project requirements.
• Monitor program schedules and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Engineering, Operations, Procurement, and Finance for program execution.
• Assist in identifying potential project risks and elevate issues when necessary.
• Support meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and project documentation standards.
• Provide administrative and operational support for program activities when required.
