Job summary

Jora Malaysia in Sepang is offering The Protégé role for fresh graduates in Mechanical Engineering, providing hands-on experience in construction site operations, project coordination and technical execution. Based at the Sepang project, this role exposes you to ongoing projects, supporting cost management and civil works to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.

You will work at Head Office and other locations as needed, with a RM2,000.00 monthly allowance plus medical coverage and training

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Willing to work at Head Office and other assigned locations.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Active involvement in extracurricular activities is an added advantage

Responsibilities

• Hands-on experience in construction site operations.

• Support cost management and civil works to ensure projects are completed efficiently, within budget and in compliance with required standards.
