MHA Consultancy Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to support IT projects from initiation to deployment. You will manage daily project tasks, coordinate between internal teams and clients, and ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar IT-related role.
• Fresh graduates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills with strong client-facing abilities.
• Fast learner with a high sense of responsibility and accountability.
• Familiarity with change management, risk management, and quality assurance processes.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin will be an added advantage.

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of assigned projects per standards.
• Apply project methodology effectively and ensure proper implementation.
• Coordinate between internal teams and clients for smooth execution.
• Demonstrate strong time management and communication when collaborating with clients and teams.
• Monitor timelines, identify risks, and proactively follow up to meet deadlines.
• Conduct QC and support QA testing before feature rollout or deployment.
• Maintain accurate, organized project documentation for tracking and transparency.
• Perform ad-hoc duties and support urgent matters as required.
