Job summary

HTC Global Services MSC Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Project Coordinator to support planning, coordination and execution of projects across functions. You will work closely with project managers, internal teams, clients, vendors and other stakeholders to ensure activities, documentation and deliverables are completed accurately and on time.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Project Administration, PMO, Project Support or a similar role.
• Strong experience in project documentation, coordination and reporting.
• Good organizational and time-management skills with strong attention to detail.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Track project progress, action items and outstanding tasks.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports and project records.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, presentations and progress updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Follow up on project activities and ensure timely closure of outstanding items.
• Maintain proper document control and ensure project records are updated and accessible.
• Support project meetings and stakeholder discussions.
• Assist with project scheduling, resource coordination and general project administration.
• Monitor project issues, risks and delays and escalated them to the Project Manager where required.
