Job summary

Dell is seeking a Projects Coordinator within the EUC Operational Team in Malaysia to support configuration services and custom client projects. You will coordinate with Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations to ensure timely delivery of customer solutions from initiation to completion.

You will serve as the primary liaison among stakeholders, maintain clear communication on scope and timelines, and help manage risks, quality, and customer satisfaction while using Dell

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project coordination or PM support.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal).
• Willing to work US hours (night shift).
• Familiarity with IT deployment environments.

Responsibilities

• Support Configuration Services Project Managers in executing complex customer projects.
• Review customer docs and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF).
• Submit and track projects through the engineering lifecycle.
• Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations.
• Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering and operations.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting.

Role Overview

This role sits within Dell's End User Computing (EUC) Operational Team and is responsible for supporting and executing configuration services and custom client projects.

The individual will manage and coordinate activities across Global Program Management, Engineering, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure successful delivery of customer solutions. The role acts as a key liaison between stakeholders and ensures project execution from initiation through delivery, meeting quality, timeline, and customer satisfaction objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Execution

• Support Configuration Services Project Managers in executing custom and complex customer projects
• Review customer documentation and create project profiles in Financial Force (FF)
• Submit and track projects through engineering lifecycle
• Coordinate setup of project-specific part numbers and system configurations
• Organize interdepartmental activities across sales, engineering, and operations
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalation issues as needed
• Provide regular status updates and reporting

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as primary liaison between Project Managers, Project Engineering, Sales, Customers, and Operations
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders to ensure alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Participate in customer meetings, discussions, and planning sessions
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for project-related activities

Delivery & Quality Management

• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
• Assist in project planning including schedules, resources, and governance
• Support quality assurance and validation of deliverables
• Identify risks, manage escalations, and drive issue resolution
• Contribute to continuous improvement and operational efficiencies

Operational & Technical Support

• Work with Dell systems and tools such as DOMS, DellStar, FF, OFS, EBI, PET Tool, and FMT
• Support deployment toolsets and configuration services execution
• Assist in implementation planning and delivery oversight
• Analyze performance and recommend process improvements

Qualifications

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years experience in project coordination, project/program management, sales operations, or similar roles (Coordinator levels)
