The role involves preparing schedules and reports, tracking resources and budgets, and ensuring all activities align with client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, execution, and oversee string bag project activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate between teams, Agents or Stakeholder and to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare project-related documentation such as schedules, reports, resources and budget tracking.
• Ensure that projects (including string bad finish products) are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
• Monitor string bag project progress and communicate updates to the relevant parties.
• Assist with string bag documentation and resolve any issues that arise.
• Calculate string bag wages and submit them to the Payroll Team for review and finalization (twice per month).
• Ensure that all project activities align with project goals, quality standards, and client specifications.
