Job summary

Tan Zhuan Plastic Industries in Sekudai, Johor is seeking a project coordinator to support planning, execution and monitoring of string bag projects. You will coordinate between teams, agents or stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks and maintain project documentation.

The role involves preparing schedules and reports, tracking resources and budgets, and ensuring all activities align with client specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, execution, and oversee string bag project activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate between teams, Agents or Stakeholder and to ensure project tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare project-related documentation such as schedules, reports, resources and budget tracking.
• Ensure that projects (including string bad finish products) are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.
• Monitor string bag project progress and communicate updates to the relevant parties.
• Assist with string bag documentation and resolve any issues that arise.
• Calculate string bag wages and submit them to the Payroll Team for review and finalization (twice per month).
• Ensure that all project activities align with project goals, quality standards, and client specifications.
