Working Hours: 5.5-day work week (Monday–Friday, Saturday half-day)
We're looking for a proactive and organized Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This role works closely with Production, Sales, Procurement, QA, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth production scheduling, inventory control, and on-time customer deliveries.
Assist in coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
Liaise with Production, Sales, Procurement, QA, and Warehouse departments on production progress and planning.
Support material planning and monitor production supplies, raising purchase requisitions when required.
Monitor production output, inventory movements, and maintain accurate ERP data.
Prepare production reports, KPI tracking, and wastage monitoring.
Support inventory traceability and production documentation.
Assist in implementing ERP, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production training on Safety, GMP, Quality, and company SOPs.
Assist the QA team with FSSC 22000 documentation and compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly production planning meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
Good communication skills and able to work with different departments.
Comfortable using computers and ERP systems (training provided if required).
Positive attitude with initiative to solve problems and improve processes.
