Job summary

SIS Speedy Industrial Sdn Bhd in Pontian, Johor, is seeking a capable manufacturing planner to coordinate production scheduling, material planning and order fulfilment. The role requires a diploma or higher and at least two years in manufacturing planning or production coordination.

You will work with MRP/ERP systems, liaise with HQ and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery of finished goods while solving supply chain issues in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning or production coordination.
• Experience using MRP or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Able to work independently, prioritize tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Process customer POs and issue work orders; liaise with HQ/account holders on delivery schedules, pull-ins, and push-outs.
• Review material status and coordinate with Singapore counterparts to ensure availability.
• Monitor end-customer orders, reschedule, and update within required timelines.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely completion and delivery of finished goods.
• Identify and follow up on material shortages, NMRs, MRs, and incoming items affecting orders.
• Support customer requests for rework, NMR, EC, and DN implementation.
