Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to maximise efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor production activities and address issues or bottlenecks to keep operations running smoothly.
• Liaise with purchasing, quality control and logistics to ensure seamless coordination.
• Analyse production data and generate reports to support continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Assist in development and maintenance of production-related standard operating procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to production staff to enhance skills.
