Job summary

Malex Paper Products Sdn Bhd in Senai, Johor is seeking a proactive Production Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. You will work with Production, Sales, Procurement, QA and Warehouse teams to plan schedules, control inventory, and ensure on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

Organized and detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
Comfortable using computers and ERP systems; ability to work cross-functionally.
Self-motivated with initiative to solve problems and improve processes.

Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily and weekly production schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
Liaise with Production, Sales, Procurement, QA, and Warehouse departments on production progress and planning.
Support material planning and monitor production supplies, raising purchase requisitions when required.
Monitor production output, inventory movements, and maintain accurate ERP data.
Prepare production reports, KPI tracking, and wastage monitoring.
Support inventory traceability and production documentation.
Assist in implementing ERP, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Support production training on Safety, GMP, Quality, and company SOPs.
Assist the QA team with FSSC 22000 documentation and compliance requirements.
Participate in weekly production planning meetings and provide regular updates to management.
