Job summary

TAN ZHUAN PLASTIC INDUSTRIES SDN BHD in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to support managers in planning, execution and monitoring string bag projects. You will help coordinate tasks, prepare schedules and ensure timely delivery across teams and stakeholders.

The role requires strong documentation skills, budget tracking and a commitment to meeting deadlines while upholding quality standards and client specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support project managers in planning, execution, and overseeing string bag project activities and deadlines.
• Coordinate between teams, agents or stakeholders to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Prepare schedules, reports, resources and budget tracking.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within scope.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates to relevant parties.
• Assist with string bag documentation and resolve issues.
• Calculate string bag wages and submit to Payroll for review twice per month.
• Ensure activities align with goals, quality standards and client specifications.

Job description

*Support project managers in planning, execution, and oversee string bag project activities and deadlines.

*Coordinate between teams, Agents or Stakeholder and to ensure project tasks are completed on time.

*Prepare project-related documentation such as schedules, reports, resources and budget tracking.

*Ensure that projects (including string bad finish products) are completed on schedule and within the defined scope.

*Monitor string bag project progress and communicate updates to the relevant parties.

*Assist with string bag documentation and resolve any issues that arise.

*Calculate string bag wages and submit them to the Payroll Team for review and finalization (twice per month).

*Ensure that all project activities align with project goals, quality standards, and client specifications.
