Jora Malaysia is seeking a motivated Project Manager to analyse, plan and execute project lifecycles with key stakeholders, ensuring requirements meet business needs and internal metrics.
The role involves identifying gaps and risks, coordinating cross-functional meetings, and maintaining supply continuity while supporting change management and ongoing project documentation. Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for China-facing projects.

Analyze, plan and execute project lifecycle management with key stakeholders to ensure all requirements are meeting business needs and internal metrics.
Identifying gaps and risks in the overall engineering qualification and to provide mitigation plans to avoid delay in the project implementation.
Lead cross functional (internal & external) meeting to ensure project completion on time without impacting supply continuity.
Plan, execute and monitor new projects to ensure all obligations are met.
Coordinates projects, establishes and manages interdependencies.
Support supplier performance evaluation and improvement initiatives related to project responsiveness and supportability.
Prepare project documentation, presentations for status updates and project steering committee meetings and related project meetings.
Manage project resources, resolve issues and escalations, and manage change management expectation during the project.
Possess good communication skills and the ability to work with internal and external stakeholders of assigned systems/projects.

Minimum education requirement – Degree in any field.
Candidate with experience in supply chain management or project/program management will be an added advantage.
Open for fresh graduate who is open to explore project/program management.
Excellent communication and people skills to drive projects and work with various parties including internal department and suppliers.
Quick learner. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast moving environment and ability to perform under a challenging environment.
Candidate with experience in Agile will be an added advantage.
Advanced microsoft excel skill (capable of Vlookup, pivot, macro).
Detailed analytics on metrics reporting.
Looking for candidate who can communicate in Mandarin (mandatory), as the position needs to support China counterparts.
This position sometimes may require supporting night call (depending on project/program's urgency), prefer candidate who can work on flexible working hours.
