Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project coordination.
• Basic knowledge of project management and production processes.

Responsibilities

• Technical Review: analyze and review technical requirements and material grades to ensure alignment with customer and internal requirements.
• Project Planning & Coordination: assist in scheduling, progress tracking, and cross-functional coordination with Production, Quality, and Procurement.
• Costing & Monitoring: prepare cost breakdowns and track actual vs planned costs to identify variances and support cost optimization.
• Documentation & Reporting: prepare status reports, maintain records for costing/orders/timelines, and support ISO/customer audits and process improvements.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support technical review, project planning, and cost monitoring activities within a manufacturing environment. This role will act as a key liaison between Project, Production, and Quality teams to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and in line with customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities1. Technical Review

• Analyze and review product technical requirements, specifications, and material grades upon receipt of purchase orders
• Ensure all technical details are aligned with customer and internal requirements

2. Project Planning & Coordination

• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Procurement teams for smooth execution
• Monitor timelines and proactively highlight delays or risks

3. Costing & Monitoring

• Prepare project cost breakdowns (materials, labour, overhead)
• Track actual vs planned costs and identify variances
• Support cost optimization and efficiency initiatives

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project status reports and updates
• Maintain proper records for costing, orders, and timelines
• Support audit and compliance documentation (ISO, customer audits, etc.)
• Identify opportunities to improve workflow and coordination
• Participate in process improvement and efficiency initiatives

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing or related field)

Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or project coordination
• Fresh graduates with strong internship exposure may be considered
• Basic knowledge of project management and production processes
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Good analytical skills, especially in costing and data tracking
• Well-organized with strong planning ability
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

Added Advantage

• Experience with ERP / MRP systems
• Exposure to ISO / Quality Management Systems
• Knowledge of production planning and scheduling
• Certification in PMP / Lean / Six Sigma (optional)
