Job summary

Intretech Malaysia seeks a capable project lead to steer engineering projects in Malaysia. You will supervise the team during development, oversee trial builds up to MP stage, and ensure milestones are met.

Collaborate with internal departments to track materials and deliveries, prepare progress reports, and coordinate with customers on project matters. Fresh graduates welcome; on‑the‑job training provided; must communicate well and work under pressure, with Mandarin a plus.

Provide progress reports, problem solving suggestions, requirements document.

Leading team with monitoring product which must to meet trial run expectation, products’ quality requirement and report any issues detected during trial run build.

Establish project, requirements, priorities and deadlines.

Any ad-hocs tasks assign by manager.
