Job summary

Cradotex (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Project Engineer to lead engineering projects from conception to completion. You will develop plans, coordinate design, manufacturing and QA teams, and report progress to stakeholders.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Engineering with at least 1 year in project engineering, strong engineering knowledge, and excellent communication and leadership skills. Mandarin proficiency is preferred for this position.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
• 1 year of relevant experience in project engineering or similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Mandarin speakers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion.
• Develop project plans including scope, timelines and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing and quality assurance.
• Monitor project progress and mitigate risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards.
• Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure clear communication and satisfaction.
