Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Director of Project Management & Deliveries to lead and govern cross-market project execution. You will oversee the Project Department, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in line with contractual, quality, and customer requirements.

Responsibilities include leading PM teams, establishing governance frameworks, and driving delivery performance across schedules, budgets, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of project management and delivery experience, with at least 10 years in leadership roles.
• Proven track record in managing large-scale, complex, or international projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, contract administration, risk management, and customer management.
• Experience in manufacturing, modular construction, industrial projects, or infrastructure preferred.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Strategic leadership and commercial acumen.
• Ability to lead across cultures and multiple markets.

• Coordinate with design, production, supply chain, quality, and finance teams to align priorities.
• Drive efficiency, delivery reliability, and profitability through process improvements.
• Identify risks, establish mitigation plans, and escalation critical issues to senior management.
