Job summary

RNC Integral Concrete Technology (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Coordinator in Malaysia to oversee daily workforce activities, deploy Supervisors and Workers to job sites, and ensure smooth project operations through material ordering and delivery oversight.

The role acts as a contingency supervisor during absences and requires coordination with site and internal meetings to align with project objectives. Strong communication and computer skills (Microsoft, AutoCAD) are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering/Construction or equivalent.
• 1 year of exposure and working experience as Project Coordinator or equivalent.
• Experience in Construction or related industries strongly preferred.
• General interest in waterproofing specialization.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Management and all other levels of employees.
• Familiarity with computer systems and software including Microsoft and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain accurate records of daily workforce activities.
• Organize and deploy workforce, both Supervisors and Workers, to designated job sites.
• Oversee timely ordering and delivery of materials to each job site.
• Assume supervisor responsibilities in case of absence due to leave, emergency, or medical leave.
• Attend and actively contribute to all site meetings and internal progress meetings.
• Review time cards and expense claims of Supervisors for submission to Construction Manager.
• Check, review and submit comprehensive Work Done reports and claims to the Construction Manager and Contract Department.
• Monitor site progress and ensure adherence to established standards and protocols.
• Enforce compliance with company procedures among Supervisors and Workers.
• Execute checklists and produce master demarcation drawings to track and document progress at each job site.
