Job summary

Role involves coordinating daily project activities, liaising with the Project Manager, site supervisors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers, and ensuring works meet approved plans, schedules, and quality

Qualifications

• Experience in construction project coordination.
• Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders (PMs, site teams, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily project activities and ensure progress according to approved programme.
• Liaise with Project Manager, Site Supervisors, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, schedules and records.
• Monitor site progress, manpower, materials and equipment requirements.
• Coordinate material delivery and ensure materials are available according to work schedules.
• Follow up on drawings, technical submissions, RFIs, approvals and site instructions.
• Assist in preparing quotations, variation orders, progress claims and project-related documents.
• Attend site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Monitor subcontractors’ work progress and coordinate their activities on site.
• Ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Assist in identifying and resolving site coordination issues and delays.
• Coordinate inspection, testing and rectification works with relevant parties.
• Maintain proper filing of drawings, correspondence, reports and other project records.
• Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the project is completed within the required time, cost and quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with site safety, quality and company procedures.
