Job summary

Besroc Flooring Specialist Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Administrator to support day-to-day project administration in our Selangor office. You will manage project docs, tracking, and liaise with contractors and clients. Proficiency in English and Mandarin is required.

Responsibilities include preparing progress claims, filing correspondences, and ensuring timely certifications. Immediate start preferred; you will work independently and as part of a experienced team.

• Minimum with 1 year of experience in Construction
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written)

• Follow up with main contractor on the issuance of certification
• Prepare and manage project-related correspondence, report and paperwork and ensure they are current, properly filed and stored.
