Job summary

Grandwork Interior Group in Malaysia is seeking a Project Executive to supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring works align with approved drawings, specifications and schedules.

You will monitor daily site operations, prepare progress reports, and liaise with subcontractors, vendors, clients and consultants to ensure timely completion and high-quality workmanship on the project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise general site activities and project execution according to drawings/specs/schedule
• Monitor daily site activities and conditions for smooth operations and timely completion
• Prepare and maintain project reports and site updates
• Manage daily site labour workforce including planning, attendance and allocation
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, clients and consultants to ensure smooth execution
• Review subcontractor claims for progress and compliance
• Ensure workmanship quality meets drawings, specs, safety and company standards
• Identify issues and report to Project Manager with updates and recommendations
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor

Job description

• Supervise general site activities and project execution to ensure works are carried out according to project requirements, approved drawings, specifications, and schedule.
• Monitor daily site activities, facilities, and site conditions to ensure smooth project operations and timely completion of works.
• Prepare, compile, and maintain accurate project reports, site updates, and relevant project documentation.
• Manage and supervise daily site labour workforce, including manpower planning, attendance, productivity, and work allocation.
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, clients, landlords, consultants, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review, verify, and assess subcontractor claims to ensure accuracy and compliance with actual work progress and project requirements.
• Monitor workmanship quality and ensure all site works comply with approved drawings, specifications, safety requirements, and company standards.
• Identify site issues, delays, or risks and report to the Project Manager with necessary updates and recommendations.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior from time to time.
