Job summary

PEMBINAAN INTRA MAJU SDN BHD is seeking a seasoned site planner to oversee overall site organization, resources, and timely delivery of residential building projects in Ipoh. You will align project targets with company objectives, liaise with architects/consultants, supervise subcontractors, monitor costs, and produce monthly performance reports.

Strong contractual compliance and people management are essential.

Responsibilities

• Plan & implement overall site organization & resources
• To set project’s target & in alignment to company’s objective & goal
• To assist project team and sub-contractor in delivery of project in accordance to approved contract completion dates / stipulated phases.
• To ensure quality delivery of the project by meeting of Client’s expectation and satisfying relevant Authority and regulatory compliances.
• To liaise with Architects / Consultants in all aspects of construction matters during the site progression phase
• Plan and monitor pleminary cost property development and Information Technology industry.
• To implement control measures on material / plant & equipment / utilities usage
• Control of direct labour usage in labour allocation and working of overtime
• Consolidation of monthly management reports, budgets and forecasts
• Assist in planning of designing, delivering to site, installation, testing and commissioning of equipment for project awarded.
• Supervise and control over sub-contractors to strictly comply with relevant terms and conditions of the contract.
• Liaise with the relevant consultants to ensure smooth progress of works.
• Oversee the daily progress of all activities on site and ensure that the project is on schedule and that deliverables are made in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated in the contract.
• Identify any major bottlenecks that may obstruct the development of the project and obtain solutions to circumvent these problems.
• Supervise, appraise, develop and motivate subordinate staff in order to derive optimal performances.
• Provide immediate superior with timely and accurate monthly performance report.
• Perform any other related duties that management may require from time to time.
• Experience in residential building construction will be an advantage.
