Job summary

Wisdom City Holding Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, installation and final handover. You will be the key link between customers, internal teams, the China factory and installation crew, ensuring schedules stay on track and updates are clear in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

• Coordinate customer projects from confirmation to final handover.

• Monitor key production and shipment milestones to plan customer delivery and installation.
• Coordinate site readiness, delivery and installation arrangements.
• Follow up on defects, missing items and rectification works until resolved.
• Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from order confirmation through production, delivery, installation and final handover.

You will be the key coordination point between our customers, internal team, China factory and installation team, ensuring projects stay on schedule and customers are kept properly updated.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate customer projects from confirmation to final handover.

Communicate with customers on project progress, delivery timelines, site arrangements and installation schedules.

Follow up with our China factory/team on production progress and expected completion dates.

Monitor key production and shipment milestones to plan customer delivery and installation.

Coordinate site readiness, delivery and installation arrangements.

Follow up on defects, missing items and rectification works until resolved.

Maintain project schedules and provide regular progress updates to management.

Requirements

Able to speak, read and write Mandarin for regular communication with our China factory/team.

Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

1–3 years of experience in project coordination, renovation, interior design, furniture, construction or customer coordination is preferred.

Strong communication and customer-handling skills.

Organised, responsible and good at following up.

Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.

Basic knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

Experience in custom furniture, kitchen cabinets, interior renovation or project coordination will be an advantage.
