Responsibility
We are looking for an Mid Interior Designer who is ready to own projects — not just design them.
This is a project lead role. You will take a project from the first client conversation through to handover. You will lead the design, manage the process, coordinate with suppliers and site, and be the person the client trusts throughout.
You work closely with our Creative Director and founder, with full support from the team around you.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead residential projects from concept through to completion
- Manage client relationships with confidence and care
- Develop design concepts, space planning, material selection and specifications
- Coordinate with site supervisors, contractors and suppliers
- Oversee project timelines, budgets and purchase orders
- Guide and review work from junior team members and freelancers
- Attend site visits and ensure design intent is delivered on the ground
