Job summary

VCS Interior is seeking a Project Administration Executive in Malaysia to assist in contract administration, documentation, and commercial support for interior fit-out projects. You will coordinate with project managers, designers, suppliers, and finance teams, ensuring timely, compliant processes.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree with 1–5 years of contracts administration experience; Fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or law, construction management, or equivalent.
• 1–5 years of contracts administration experience in design/build, construction, or interior fit-out.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; exposure to Malaysian construction contracts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing, administering, and managing project contracts and supporting documents.
• Maintain records for contracts, variations, claims, PO's and project correspondence.
• Prepare project reports, meeting minutes, and management documentation.
