Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Administrator to support project operations in Malaysia. You will coordinate between project teams, technicians, subcontractors, and clients, ensuring accurate documentation and records.

The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management, strong MS Office skills, and excellent organizational and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update project systems and CCTV monitoring where applicable.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress claims, SLA reports and project reports.
• Compile vandalism reports, maintenance statistics, and project performance reports.
• Maintain organized project documentation, records, and filing systems.
• Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments to ensure maintenance is completed on schedule.
• Monitor maintenance progress and follow up on pending issues.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Team.
• Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Sena Traffic Systems Sdn Bhd. is an established engineering and maintenance contractor specializing in electrical installations, traffic signal systems, CCTV surveillance, street lighting, aerodrome ground lighting, and smart infrastructure projects across Malaysia.

We are looking for a Project Administrator who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting project operations. This role is essential in ensuring smooth coordination between project teams, technicians, subcontractors, and clients while maintaining accurate documentation and project records.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and update the Elogger System Alarm and CCTV Monitoring System for various projects.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including:

Progress claims

SLA reports

Project reports

Compile vandalism reports, maintenance statistics, and project performance reports.

Maintain organized project documentation, records, and filing systems.

Coordinate with technicians, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed according to schedule.

Monitor maintenance progress and follow up on pending issues.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Team.

Perform other ad hoc administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Quantity Surveyor, Project Management, or a related discipline.
