Private Advertiser seeks an Associate Engineer/Project Engineer to lead security system deployments from execution to handover. You will bridge technical execution with project management, coordinating manpower, schedules, and client satisfaction on-site across various projects.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Associate Engineer / Project Engineer to oversee security system deployment projects from execution to final handover. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical execution and project management, ensuring manpower is effectively managed, timelines are met, and the highest standards of configuration and client satisfaction are maintained.
Key Responsibilities:
Project & Timeline Management:
Coordinate and oversee the end-to-end execution of electronic security system projects.
Diligently monitor and follow up on project timelines to ensure milestones and final handovers are met on schedule.
Plan, schedule, and lead weekly internal and client progress benchmarks.
Manpower & Client Coordination:
Supervise and manage on-site technical teams, subcontractors, and manpower allocations efficiently.
Serve as a primary point of contact on-site to maintain an excellent relationship and strong reputation with clients.
Technical Configuration & Engineering:
Perform hands‑on programming, system configuration, testing, and commissioning of enterprise access control, CCTV, and integration software.
Assist in basic troubleshooting, system diagnostics, and providing technical support to the site teams when required.
Quality Assurance & Standards:
Enforce the company’s best practices, engineering standards, and safety guidelines across all active project sites.
Assist in preparing technical documentation, single-line drawings (SLD) verification, testing sheets, and final handover reports.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: 2–5 years of working experience in engineering fields OR Fresh Graduates with no prior experience but who possess a strong willingness to learn and adapt are highly encouraged to apply.
Education: Diploma/Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic/Computer), Technical Certifications (e.g., SKM/PW1/Wireman), or equivalent practical industry exposure.
Core Skills:
Strong technical aptitude for security hardware termination, basic programming, and software configuration.
Proven capability (or strong potential) in managing site teams and dealing with corporate clients professionally.
Highly proactive, organized, and capable of working under project pressure.
Languages: Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Mobility: Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel to various project sites.
