You will work closely with project teams, clients, finance, legal, and suppliers to keep project information accurate, documents complete, materials tracked, and payment or settlement matters followed through. This is an office-based project-support role suited to someone who enjoys working with numbers, documentation, stakeholders, and multiple deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Track monthly project progress, prepare reports, and verify information with clients and project teams.
- Compile quantity statistics, settlement records, contract documents, and project updates.
- Follow up on settlements, invoices, payment collection, and outstanding client matters with finance and relevant stakeholders.
- Coordinate project changes, including material replenishment, returns, approvals, and usage records.
- Maintain accurate project, material, equipment, and document-control registers, including legal-related files where required.
- Support scheduling, meetings, logistics, stakeholder coordination, and timely escalation of missing information or project issues.
About you
- 1–3 years of experience in project administration, project coordination, construction, engineering, contracts, quantity surveying support, or a related role.
- Construction, engineering, interior fit-out, building materials, or project-controls experience is an advantage.
- Professional working ability in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English; Mandarin is required for mandarin-language systems and documents.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with strong numerical accuracy and document-control skills.
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable coordinating with clients, finance, legal, project teams, and suppliers.
- Able to work independently, meet project deadlines, and work overtime when required.
