Job summary

A&L Pool Services in Malaysia is seeking diligent candidates from SPM or fresh graduates for project coordination support. The role emphasizes strong communication, reliability, and the ability to handle deadlines. Mandarin speaking is an advantage to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

You will coordinate with senior project staff, attend site meetings, and help manage project documentation and schedules at office and construction sites. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• SPM, or fresh graduates encouraged to apply.
• Strong attitude & willingness to learn.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with all levels.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Meticulous, analytical, and possess good problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work both in the office and at construction sites.
• Mandarin speaking is an advantage; able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with senior project coordinator and clients on a project-to-project basis.
• Assist in attending site meetings.
• Assist in project documentation and paperwork.
• Handle and maintain proper documentation.
• Monitor project status and project schedules.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Perform other responsibilities as delegated by superiors or management.
