Job summary

KMWE Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Bayan Lepas, Penang seeks a detail-oriented Sales Operations Assistant to support daily administrative and coordination tasks.

You will coordinate with internal departments, prepare and maintain sales orders, delivery schedules, and customer forecasts, and update the ERP system. Fresh graduates are welcome; 1–2 years' experience is a plus. Proficiency in MS Office and Glovia ERP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent.
• Or minimum 1-2 years of related experience or training.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Glovia is an added advantage).

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales Operation team with daily administrative and coordination tasks.

• Assist in processing Return Goods Authorization (RGA) requests.
• Support Program Executives with quotations, customer documentation, and delivery coordination.
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department.

Requirements:
