Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia is seeking a manufacturing supervisor to lead daily shift activities, assign responsibilities, and ensure production targets are met safely and efficiently.

You will coach employees, monitor performance, optimize workflows, schedule maintenance, and implement cost-saving improvements while maintaining high quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.
