Job summary

TTM Technologies Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. seeks a Production Supervisor to lead shift operations, organize workflow and coach staff in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will implement daily objectives, monitor performance, and ensure safety compliance while optimizing day-to-day activities and maintenance schedules.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a SPM, Diploma or higher in related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on commitment to getting the job done.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to direct and coordinate operations.

Responsibilities
