Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production and operations in Penang (George Town). The role focuses on ensuring procedures are followed, staff attendance and performance are monitored, and daily manpower is coordinated.

You will contribute to productivity, quality, and safety while reporting issues to management. The ideal candidate has a Diploma or SPM with manufacturing experience, is able to speak Chinese, and demonstrates strong communication and independence.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with prior experiences or Diploma qualification.
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Able to speak Chinese.
• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday, with rest days on weekdays.
