Job summary

PS SEIKO SDN BHD in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead operation leaders and operators, ensuring output quality and productivity.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality and Planning to improve yield, reduce scrap, and participate in 8D problem solving, safety and DOE controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in a production/supervisory role.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry.
• CNC machine knowledge/experience is an added advantage.
• Diploma or Degree in related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage operation leaders and operators especially on the output and Quality.
• Manage and improve production yield and scrap reduction.
• Compiling operation and production reports.
• Liaise with Engineering, Quality and Planner in the operation.
• Involve in the corrective actions and 8D on any quality issues.
