Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a Supervisor to oversee daily production and operational activities in our Penang facility. You will ensure work aligns with company procedures while monitoring attendance, performance, and discipline.

The ideal candidate has a minimum SPM or Diploma, manufacturing experience, and is able to speak Chinese. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strong communication skills are essential; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM with prior experiences or Diploma qualification.
• Manufacturing experience highly preferred.
• Able to speak Chinese.
• Basic computer knowledge and able to use Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.
• Willing to work on Saturday and Sunday, with rest days on weekdays.
