Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee night-shift production operations, ensuring smooth, safe and quality-focused output.

You will plan daily production activities, mentor staff, monitor attendance, and coordinate with maintenance to minimize downtime. Diploma holders with responsibility-driven mindset are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or production supervision preferred.

• Ensure production processes follow food safety and company protocols.
• Monitor production output and ensure products meet required quality standards.

• Arrange routine machine maintenance and assist with minor line blockages or machine breakdowns.
