Job summary

Linaco Group in Batu Pahat, Johor, Malaysia is seeking a Production Supervisor to organize and oversee daily manufacturing activities, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to quality standards. You will lead the production team, coordinate schedules, monitor equipment, and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or related engineering, strong leadership and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, and hands-on experience

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience operating manufacturing machinery and tools.

Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production activities per the production schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Arrange daily production activities according to production schedule
• Lead, motivate, communicate and organize the production team
• Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules
• Oversee and coach employees
• Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance
• Check production output according to specifications

Job Requirements
