Job summary

North West Enterprise in Malaysia is seeking a proactive and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and optimize the production team on the shop floor.

The ideal candidate will manage production schedules, monitor workflows, and ensure safety, quality and efficiency across operations, including handling electrical troubleshooting where needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting.
• Electrical background for troubleshooting on production machinery.
• Excellent communication, leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer orders and maintain inventory levels.
• Oversee day-to-day production floor operations, monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and adjust in real time.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards.
