Job summary

• Collaborate with Planning, QA, Warehouse and Logistics to meet daily production plans and improve processes.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and compliance is maintained.
• Maintain 5S standards and enforce discipline on the shop floor.
• Update production data, systems and documentation accurately and timely.
• Provide effective supervision to drive motivated and productive team.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

QNNECT is seeking a dedicated and experienced PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR to oversee the Production Department to achieve production targets; ensure line efficiency, and high-quality production. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising daily activities on the production floor, coordinating workflows, managing production team, and enforcing good discipline; safety and quality standards.

Job Description

Lead and supervise production team to achieve cycle time target, production output, yield, quality and productivity.

Assist on continuous improvement on production's efficiency and effectiveness.

Liaise with the Engineering team to ensure that all production machines, equipment, and plant facilities are functioning properly, well-maintained, and regularly serviced.

Strive to continually improve the function and operation of production to meet Company goals.

Collaborate with supporting teams such as Planning, Engineering, QA, Warehouse, and Logistics to meet the daily production plan and continuously improve production processes and work procedures.

Ensure safety regulations are followed and compliance is maintained at all times.

Maintain 5S standards and enforce worker discipline on the shop floor.

Ensure that production data, systems, and documentation are updated accurately and in a timely manner.

Apply effective supervision to maintain a highly motivated and productive team, driving the achievement of desired results.

Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Required Education & Experience:

Diploma or Certificate in any discipline or equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of working experience in production supervision.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience in manufacturing environment.

Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring efficient operations and optimal team performance.

Strong knowledge of production processes and planning.

Capable of understanding the operational flow of production, material movement, and machine functionality.

Able to work on shift.
