Job summary

Inter Island is seeking a production supervisor in Johor to organize and implement production activities aligned with monthly plans. You will manage production processes in line with quality systems, build and train the team, and oversee personnel, 6S and safety management to maintain a safe, efficient operation.

The role requires a Diploma and at least 5 years of related experience, along with strong interpersonal, coaching, and motivation skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 5 years of practical working experience in a related position.
• Good interpersonal and coaching/motivation skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Organize and implement production activities according to the monthly production plan to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage production processes in accordance with quality system requirements and related documents.
• Build and train the team; responsible for team development and internal training.
• Responsible for personnel, 6S, and safety management within the scope of responsibility, ensuring a good production order and a safe working environment.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
