Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead a shift in a fast-growing manufacturing MNC. You will ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production while building a disciplined, motivated team.

Responsibilities include directing all production activities, meeting targets and schedules, planning manpower, and coaching ~30 operators with 2-3 team leads. You will collaborate across Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, and Sales, driving safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience supervising a production shift in manufacturing
• Ability to lead a team of 20+ employees
• Strong leadership, organizational, and decision‑making skills
• Willingness to work rotating shifts
