Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Production Leader to drive daily, weekly and monthly objectives on the factory floor in Kulim. You will manage workflow, assign responsibilities, and help teams stay productive while maintaining safety.

The role requires experience with various manufacturing machinery, strong organizational and leadership skills, and a proactive approach to solving problems. You will coach staff, prepare reports, and ensure quality and compliance with standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 3–5 years of production leadership experience.
• Experience operating various manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with problem-solving mindset.
• Safety-conscious and compliant with guidelines.

Responsibilities

• With weight 60kg and above.
• Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
