Job summary

Tenpower Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Production Technician in Selangor to support smooth manufacturing operations and meet production targets while upholding quality standards.

You will supervise operators, troubleshoot equipment, read manuals and schematics, and implement efficiency improvements in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Technician or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Strong technical aptitude with ability to troubleshoot and repair production equipment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Adaptable to changing production demands in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to high quality standards.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with the production team.
• Relevant technical certification or diploma is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the production process runs smoothly according to the production plan and target output.

• Identify and resolve problems related to machines, processes, or product defects.
• Prepare daily production reports such as output, downtime, and reject rate.
• Ensure employees follow safety procedures, wear PPE, and maintain a clean and organized workplace.
• Suggest and implement improvements to enhance production efficiency and performance.
• Ensure product quality and Troubleshoot production issues

• Assist in the set-up, adjustment, and calibration of production equipment
